L&#8217;installation de capteurs de niveau de carburant de haute pr\u00e9cision dans le r\u00e9servoir est tr\u00e8s difficile, voire impossible, en raison de la taille du capteur et de l&#8217;emplacement du r\u00e9servoir. Les donn\u00e9es de consommation de carburant du bus CAN ne sont pas toujours disponibles. La valeur proportionnelle \u00e0 la consommation de carburant est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e et convertie en impulsions de sortie qui peuvent \u00eatre compt\u00e9es par le traceur GPS. Pour convertir le nombre d&#8217;impulsions en litres, il faut conna\u00eetre le facteur d&#8217;\u00e9talonnage.
