How to connect “Dump truck weighing” Wialon application
“Dump truck weighing” Wialon application was described there

1. Connecting the Waste truck weighing” Wialon application. This process is described there :  //docs.wialon.com/ru/hosting/cms/apps/apps

Use this URL for connection : http//mechatronics.by/waste-truck-report

Set Advanced URL parameters.

2. Setting up the object (truck)

2.1  Create the cargo weight sensor (weight type or custom sensor). Sensor data  can be obtained directly from Eurosens Difference system or calculated in Wialon based on axle load data.

2.2 Setting up custom fields.

Every dump truck has its own settings for onboard weighing processing. External Dump truck weighing application receives these settings via Custom object fields with given names.

Weight sensor name – cargo weight sensor name for this object.

Measure in stops – Use(1) or don’t use (0) cargo weight data during stops.

Negative weight filter  – 1 – for negative cargo weight sensor data filter,  0 – filter OFF.

Weight load threshold  – in kilograms. Lowest cargo weight, values below will be counted as loaded truck.

Weight unload threshold – in kilograms. Highest cargo weight, values below will be counted as empty truck (weight=0). Better set unload threshold significantly lower than weight load threshold.

Weight zero level – cargo weight sensor offset value, subtracted from all sensor data between processing report.

Also you can use these parameters:

Maximum weight – Maximum cargo weight in kilograms. By default it is very big value (limitation is OFF).
Delivery time minutes – minimum delivery time between latest picked container and unloading. Default value is 10 minutes. Average cargo weight is calculated during this time interval.

Every parameter can be set for Wialon object or for Wialon group of objects. Group parameter has a priority over object parameter.
