Automated temperature and pressure monitoring of tyres (TPMS system) is an important tool to improve safety and reduce fuel consumption. Higher or lower tyre pressures lead to higher fuel consumption, reduced tyre life.
Our company offers certified tyre pressure monitoring systems integrated with GPS tracking systems. In addition to the economic effect of pressure control systems, traffic accidents are also reduced by promptly notifying the driver of possible wheel explosion or slow puncture.
You can choose the desirable TPMS system configuration.
Both external and internal tire pressure monitoring sensors can be used. External sensors are very easy to install, but are exposed to weather and road agents. The built-in battery is designed to last for two years, after which it can be replaced. The internal sensors can be installed during tire service and are fully protected from external influences. The built-in battery powering the internal tire pressure sensors is designed for a 5-year service life and is not replaceable.
The information from the sensors is displayed on the driver’s monitor. While driving, the monitor continuously receives the pressure and temperature values in each wheel and displays this information on the screen, and also signals when one of the values exceeds the permissible limits. Also the received information is transmitted to the GPS tracking system. As a result, the fleet manager can remotely monitor the pressure in each of the wheels of the fleet and receive notifications when the pressure exceeds the established limits. This saves a lot of time for pre-trip tire pressure monitoring.
