2. Setting up the object (truck)

2.1  Create the cargo weight sensor (weight type or custom sensor). Sensor data (in tons) can be obtained directly from Eurosens Difference system or calculated in Wialon based on axle load data. 

2.2 Setting up custom fields.

Every dump truck has its own settings for onboard weighing processing. External Dump truck weighing application receives these settings via Custom object fields with given names.

Distance threshold – in meters. Describes minimum distance of cargo trip. (from loading to unloading).  

Maximum weight – in tons, maximum cargo weight.

Measure in stops – Use(1) or don’t use (0) cargo weight data during stops.

Time threshold – in seconds. Describes minimum time of cargo trip. (from loading to unloading).

Weight threshold – in tons. Lowest cargo weight, values below will be counted as empty truck (weight=0).
