With some new sensor modification being completed now it is time to reshuffle eurosens Dominator model range. The name of the sensor has the following designation structure: eurosens Dominator X Y, where X, Y take the values according to the table:

The eurosens fuel level sensors are available in one of two enclosures:

Eurosens Dominator RS
The reduced height housing has been renewed and received a new robust cable lead. In the sensor modification it is indicated as “Mini” index – in all models except the new RS 485 sensor model and the eurosens Dominator BT wireless sensor, because they are only manufactured in this housing. The other eurosens Dominator models can also be made in a “classic” case with the connector mounted directly in it. This version of the housing is not reflected by an additional index in the modification name.

Some comments to the table:

  • The most affordable model is the eurosens Dominator RS 485. This sensor is configured via the RS485 interface, so you can use any RS 485 adapter for configuration.
  • A common configuration software is used for all sensors, which has many new useful tools to simplify calibration of the sensor and fuel tanks. You can find out more about it here.
  • Explosion protection is marked by the Ex index.
  • In the Dominator AF model, only one of the interfaces – analog, frequency or digital K-line – can operate at the same time.
  • In the Dominator RS model, one of the digital interfaces (RS232/RS485) and the frequency/discrete/K-line interface work simultaneously.
  • In the Dominator CAN model, the CAN interface and the single-wire K-line interface work simultaneously.
  • All sensors have a modular design, the electrodes can be ordered together with the sensor or separately. The standard length of the electrodes is 700, 1000, 1500 mm. They can be lengthened by intermediate electrodes.
  • The probes can be made in the version for water measurement as well as in non-standard lengths. Non-standard versions have an index “Ext”.
